Sockets were bent in shipping to me so one had to be replaced. The top riser on one lamp had to be bent back up straight. There are some chips on the inside of the crystal columns that affect neither the aesthetics, functionality, or structural integrity of the lamps. Small spot on lampshade where the packaging ripped open a little bit. Shades are otherwise in like new condition as they are still in their original packaging.
